Skincare formulations are sensitive to environmental factors such as heat, humidity, and sunlight. As we cannot verify how a product has been stored once delivered, we cannot accept returns based on changes in texture, color, or scent resulting from improper storage.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will review and replace the product or offer a refund in line with UK consumer standards.
